A well published poem "Fed Up!" dates to 1900 (Australian)
Andrew Barton: A B "Banjo" Paterson (17 February 1864 - 5 February 1941)

Seems to be the earliest certain application
"fed up" was a common Aussie application of feeding livestock up to the desired weight for sale.
