I'm not sure. The Oxford Dictionary of Quotations, which is quite comprehensive and has many quotations of Einstein's, doesn't list it.

Einstein did say that "If A is success then A = x + y +z. X is work, y is play and z is keeping your mouth shut."

So perhaps he thought it but didn't say it.
