It is the name of a 1991 film starring River Phoenix who plays a narcoleptic male prostitute, and Keanu Reeves plays the son of the mayor of Portland who joins Pheonix in what is apparently meant to be a modern-day version of Shakespeare's Henry IV, Part II.
