: : Does anyone know what coupe de gra means, I know it is in french and it is not nice.
: The key to looking things up is knowing how to spell them. Coup de Grâce . Now we can use the dictionary:
Often pronounced "coop de grass" in old comedy movies. After a food fight breaks out at a formal dinner where everyone is wearing tuxedos and tiaras, the coup de grace is when Moe hits the dowager hostess in the face with a pie, forcing the Stooges to dive out the window and scamper to safety.
