"whirled peas" what does it means?

It's a pun on "world peace". Instead of "Visualize world peace", some bumper stickers say "Visualize whirled peas".

"Visualize whirled peas" is a slogan on buttons and magnets published by Duck and Cover Productions, Oakland, California. I can't say for sure that it was original with Duck and Cover. Theft is rampant in the button industry.
