A recent article at Reason.com uses "(reg. reg.)" about three times. One example "On the op-ed page of The New York Times, columnist Maureen Dowd gripes (reg. req.) that men..." where "gripes", in this case as in all the others, is the name of a hotlink. Do you have any idea what "(reg. reg.) means?
