OK, I'll take a guess. "Smooch" is slang for "kiss". And I'll bet "boochie" comes from the Italian word "boccia", meaning "mouth". So "smoochie boochie" would seem to be a playful way of saying "a kiss on the mouth". Sounds like a Louie Prima song.
