: If anyone still cares, the episode of CSI was just shown on TV in the UK (Channel 5). The phrase was used by a waitress in a casino. The "stiff" in question was someone who was very mean & unfriendly (he never tipped) while the "George" was talkative and generous.

: Being CSI, the stiff was also a stiff before long.
