Dropped your pocket

"You dropped your pocket," or something to that effect: I've heard this expression used and I've asked around - does anyone know what this means?

I remember it as a childhood joke or taunt sorta like the "Do you have Prince Albert in a can" routine.
You see a someone walking down the street and you tell him "Hey, you just dropped your pocket". He quickly looks on the ground and realizes he CAN'T drop his pocket.
Hopefully, the victim laughs it off or, if the location is Brooklyn, NY, he beats the crap outta ya.
