Anyone familiar with the origin of the phrase: "He'd complain even if you hung him with a new rope!", obviously referring to someone who is a constant whiner... someone who is never satisfied.

Sounds familiar. Wouldn't be happy working in a pie factory. (A cleaned up version.)
