Trying for a bishop

Trying for a bishop. I found this phrase in a book recently. It means, the author said, the woman on top. The belief was that this sexual position would produce a son who would become a bishop. I have two books going at once and didn't mark the passage. Flipping through both books, I can't find it. I hate books without a proper index. Does anyone here have any information on the above phrase?
