Warp it on to 'em

"Warp It On To 'Em" Is anybody familiar with this phrase? I can recall having heard both my grandfather and father use this phrase to say, in effect, "charge as much (money) as you can". As when I was a teenager and used to babysit for the neighborhood kids, I would ask my dad how much to charge for my babysitting services, he would reply, "Warp it on to 'em". I'm pretty sure the phrase comes weaving as my family are all textile workers, in the US and previous to that, in Manchester England. Would love to know if this is a common phrase on your side of the puddle.
