The dogs bollocks
As an positive expression reflecting high quality, something good etc.
It was my understanding that this related to the behavior of sexually aroused dogs who are sometimes observed to drag their testes along the ground to achieve stimulation, i.e. something that provides extreme satisfaction.
Has anyone else come across this interpretation.
