Huck = Hook??

I found a link somewhere that referenced hulk or hulking as being derived to or from the word "hook"!
That link led to the description of a construction tool called a hook.
My puter then locked up and I had to reboot, losing the page describing the hook tool.
Just a big maybe anyway!
