Who wrote the slogan 'Go to work on an egg'

The phrase was coined by Ms Fay Weldon (now a well known English authoress) when she was in advertising back in the 1960's for the (then) British Egg Marketing Board as an advertising slogan to encourage people to eat more eggs.
