: Has anyone heard of the phrase "smear-in" as in "he's gotten into a terffic smear-in on the subject?"
Maybe it's like a love-in, or a be-in. Sounds like a politician is involved in a smear-war with his opponent and it's gotten out of control, and maybe they're a little too gleeful about it.
