"You know how to whistle, don't you? Just put your lips together and blow." Your question is one that many have asked and, as far as I know, no one has answered. The OED describes "blow job" as American slang, and regards it as applicable to cunnilingus as well as fellatio. In regard to blow, its examples begin only in 1933. It cites a source which gives the infinitive forms as "to fellate" and "to cunnilingue." SS
