Money laundering refers to a particular process in the counterfeiting of currency. Once a currency is fraudulently fabricated the counterfeit cash would be put through a washing machine and then a rolling drum or dryer with coins and pebbles in order to give the fresh, crisp, bill and well used and worn texture and appearance to ape a bill that has been around for some time.
