Something may pop into my head

This phrase was originally coined by President George W Bush during a press conference on April 13 2004 and will, from this time forward, be used by all politicians who have no idea how to answer a question they’ve not had prior notice of and find themselves unable to provide any answer at all. On the occasion President George W Bush was asked what was his greatest mistake since 9/11 – historians suggest it may have been this press conference.
