What does 'on swift wing' mean?

It's said that the words engraved on King Tut' tomb is translated as 'Death shall come on swift wings to hime who disturbs the peace of the king.'

Is 'on swift wing' a fiexed collocation? List some other examples?

"On swift wings" means it (death) will come fast. It implies that death is like a bird flying swiftly.
