You are right indeed, the only way to get the camel through was unloaded and crouching.
I missed out on that point. And the subsequent
conclusion that you would have to lay down your
"earthly wealth" to enter the "kingdom of god"
(or in this case Jeruzalem) as well). It's much easier to make such a choice when one is faced with an immediate danger then when this danger
is a future one. (in the christian opinion that is) I only wrote this because there was no explanation for this phrase in the phrase finder.
not because I thought I was expert on this issue.
