: A pure guess, but I wonder if it stood for anything at all? I've not heard the phrase before, but my instant reaction was to suppose that it was some sort of intensifier, deliberately (mis-)spelling out the first two letters of "business".

I've looked in a regional slang and a youth slang reference and haven't had any luck so far.
