Ring around the roses

I believe it is "atishoo, atishoo
we all fall down"
because as I understand it there was sneezing associated with the plague which was the last cycle before death, though what one would be doing dancing at this point is a little bewildering; poetic licence I suppose

I think hayfever is more common than the plague...
