Crime Scene Investigation

Hi
I have one last question of understanding, I'll quote:

The police officer says:
"I want the paramedics that were in this house back here, immediately. Police escort, get them on this front lawn now".

As you might remember is a quadruple murder.
My question: Does he mean that police escort would bring the paramedics to the crime scene, or another possibility, that he wants police escort to be brought to the scene with no relation to the paramedics.
