Drunken Sky

Does any one know what the poetic words Drunken Sky mean..

Per-haps a sky that some-how seems to be staggering or vomiting or spinning or just having a good time after a hard week at the office?

If one is falling down drunk, the sky above may appear to spin. Or so they tell me. Maybe it's a joke -- the sky is drunk, not me.
