: Are you referring to Mutley, Dick Dastardly's greenish dog sidekick, as featured both in Hanna Barbera's Wacky Races and Stop That Pigeon? He used to say something like that. The phrase "sass'nfrass'n" as a mild curse is also often used by Sylvester in various Looney Toon cartoons.
... although, as I've just remembered, Sylvester is more famous for his "thufferin' thuccotath" exclamation.
