: RASH AND A ****- "And to think, about a year ago, you gave me a rash-and-a-sh*t because I asked about the well-being of John Hall's wife..." From the context, apparently this means giving someone a hard time. From a posting on the Voxtalks music fan Web site, February 2, 2003.

The term is actually "ration of sh*t". It was probably written that way to emphasize a southern accent or ignorance.
