Counting sheep

I thought this was interesting and thought I'd share it with you. The reason why people count sheep to relaz is because its an activity that involved both sides of the brain, the visual - picturing the sheep and the logical - counting in sequence. The repition helps people to relax.

Ahh. Now I needn't lose any more sleep wondering about that.
