Questions for Blocky

OK. What does "ignore me,I'm a dummy from Harrods" and "I haven't got a scooby" mean? If you're going to keep using colorful language, you have to include explanations. I am from the U.S. and haven't heard these expressions. Although I think the characters in "Ab Fab," a British sit com, talk about going to Harrods, so I'm guessing it's a department store.
