Hi, could anybody hepl me? What does it mean "to be like white on rice"? (concerning relationship of father and daughter) Thanks

It means the two are very close, either physically (they're never apart, they travel together) or emotionally (they have a great relationship). Your phrase derives from a popular expression used when people are inseparable, seen in "They stick together like white on rice" and "I'll be on him like white on rice."
