: A circuit is a logical sequence of visits and demonstrations.
: When someone "works the circuit" that person is driving from place to place on the circuit doing what needs to be done to generate business from the people on that circuit.

If the original question has the typo I think it has, it means she is working the party circuit, which would be, I think, doing the rounds of the parties, that is, going from one social event of a party nature to another and another.
