Well, when you have reached Nirvana, which is the supreme, ultimate stage, you stop feeling any desire of becoming something else. You have reached the perfection and you dissolve yourself, becoming one with the universe.
Nirvana is a concept from Buddhism. Similar with Tao or paradise.
