E-mail notification

I'm testing out the 'E-mail notification when this page changes' system linked to above. If it works okay and people want it I'll make it a permanent fixture.

Replying to my own posting to update the page and generate a notification. The pages are checked once every 24 hours so I'll post again tomorrow if theres anything more to say.

Neither Opera or IE can locate the server to respond. Is there something wrong?
