: The new Collins English Dictionary includes some of President Bush's favourite phrases such as 'regime change,' 'road map,' 'rogue state' and 'sleeper terrorist.' His mis-use of English is celebrated with the inclusion of 'Bushism.' See article at The Guardian website.
