Need spelling

how do you spell "kume by awe lord" . it is the song sung in church.

There are several spellings. A popular one is "Kumbaya, Lord."

Supposedly, in a certain African country, kumbaya means "come by me." At least that's what they told us in bible camp, but you know how those Christians are.
