Heh, sorry, guess that sounded negative.
I'm just irked sometimes at the rather hysterical frequency some overzealous enthusiasts of any field of interest use any forum to promote their hobbies, beliefs, or politics - whether or not it has anything to do with the subject at hand.

It seems that should one wonder aloud: "should I have waffles or eggs for breakfast?" someone is sure to come up with WWJD if we wait long enough.

While on the subject, I've wondered about the rather ridiculous exclamation: "Christ on a pony!"
How do phrases like this, which surely have no real meaningful origin, catch on so quickly?
