In love with more than one person

: Polyamorous (adjective)-from articles and personal ads I've seen regarding groups who practice what they call polyamory (noun).

"Poly" meaning many. Amorous (amore) meaning love or lovers. =I would think this means "Many Lovers" and not "in love" with many.
