Chinny chin chin?

In my town there's a whole array of phrases based around the subject. Chin on, chinny reck-on, chinny wag, cheung-a, bock de biel all accompanied by the gesture of chin stroking.
They all mean shown up or you are stupid.
Wondered if you'd heard anything else.
