Bingo dress

Anyone heard of a Bingo dress? Apparently its when a woman wears a low cut revealing dress... eyes down and look in!

Maybe. But I would equally expect it to mean, "going-out dress." Going out to play bingo is still going out, and to some people no doubt required the kind of dress you wear when you're going out. I've never heard the expression, so I'm just guessing.
