talking like a man with a paper asshole

: My grandmother had a strange phrase, which she used to indicate that someone had said something incredibly stupid. The phrase is:

: It makes no sense, but can anyone tell me where this might have originated?

I don't know the origin but the "sense" is found in a more complete version of the saying : You're like a man with a paper asshole... the sh*t just keeps coming out.
Paper wouldn't be a good replacement for muscle and skin.
