Can anyone tell me the origin of the phrase "rest your weary bones"?

The theme of resting one's weary bones is very common and very natural, so I doubt that one could find a first use. There are plenty of poems and other literary essays with this or a similar phrase, and plenty of advertisements like this one: "Come rest your weary bones at one of our Hotels...." ❦ SS ❦
