Derivation needed of Australian expression "Piss in one's pocket" which Means "to behave obsequiously towards someone" Can anyone help - thanks

I'm not Australian. But I'm guessing that it comes from the same kind of gentility that causes smokers to tap ashes into their hands if an ashtray isn't available.
