: I have tried to verify the phrase 'value time', which I believe should mean 'time dedicated to a person or animal that is mostly for the good of the recipient.' My example is: 'your dog's value time', being his exercise time or play time that is mainly for his benefit. Anyone else benefitting at the same time would be quite incidental. Can anyone confirm this use of 'value time'?

Your definition fits the phrase "quality time". Where have you seen "value time"?
