Butt sensitive

Recently I heard the phrase "butt sensitive". What does it mean?

It would be helpful if you could supply the entire sentence/context in which you heard it. Those two words can be put together for a variety of reasons. In some places, butt stupid is rather common though I'm not sure if it's meant just as very stupid or stupid as a butt. ;)
