: What is "Chinese restaurant shoulder". Is it a disease, an attitude of mind or something else?

I'm pretty sure it's a reference to an episode of Seinfeld, when the characters of the show
go into a Chinese resaurant and can't get a seat and are completely ignored by the staff.
