: "My dog's meaner than your dog" I think was a chant/taunt and might have been in a Broadway play or song some years ago. I always thought it was like saying,
: "My dad can whip your dad" or "My dad makes more money than your dad." etc. Can anyone help?

advertising jingle from a couple of decades ago:
"My dog's better than your dog,
My dog's better than yours.
My dog's better 'cause
He eats Ken-L-Ration,
My dog's better than yours."
