I could not find much except the following part of a hymm:

Be still, my heart,
Please don't despair,
For the Lord thy God is with you.
Just wait on Him,
He's reaching out,
For He is faithful and He's true.

Your phrase is also the title of an "ER" episode from the winter of 2000. "Be Still My Heart" was the episode in which Lucy was stabbed by the nut job psycho and kicked the bucket and Dr. Carter was stabbed which started his addiction to pain pills. I did not know that TV shows has episode names!
