Child of the Universe

In the early 70's there was a recording for a letter
found in 1680? in St Pauls Church in Baltimore, that contained the phrase, "You are a child of the Universe,
and you have a right to be here, no less than the trees and the stars". I would like to get the entire document. (Song) Any information would be appreciated.
