a) "I'm skilled at carpentry." Or "I have carpentry ability." "I am good at carpentry." "I am a skilled carpenter."

: e) Is Jack home?
: f) Is Jack at home?
Both e & f are correct.

: g) Yes, he is here.
: h) Yes, he is in here.
Both are correct.

: i) Mexico City with a population of some 24.4 million.
: j) Mexico City with a population of some 24.4 millions.
: k) Mexico City with a population of some 24.4 millions of people.
None are complete sentences. "Mexico City HAS a population of about 24.4 million." Or "...24.4 million people."

: l) When do you think you'll be able to come back?
Correct.

: m) I doubt it that she has the answer very much.
: n) I doubt it very much that she has the answer.
: 0) I doubt very much that she has the answer.
o) "I doubt very much that she has the answer." is correct. You wouldn't use "doubt it" in this way. However, if someone said, "She has the answer." You might say: "I doubt it."

: p) The question is whether it will satisfy all the requirements.
: q) The question is if it will satisfy all the requirements.
Both sound correct to me.
