Is there a comma after the first "Home"? Can it be both ways?

Don't get hung up on what's Correct. It CAN be whatever you want. (I give you permission.) Seriously, the most prominent place you ever see this phrase is on a needlepoint sampler, and if you want to stitch punctuation, go ahead. But most people stack the words, sans punctuation.
